"Lead me not into temptation" says the Lord's Prayer
Paul said God will not tempt us beyond what we can bear
But there are times when I do not know
Whether it is a temptation that does show
Or whether it is in fact an opportunity
Which from temptation offers immunity
For both Colossians 4:5 and Ephesians 5:16
Say to "make the most of any opportunity" seen
So dear God, help me discern the difference
Of these situations help me make sense
To rely on you directly and indirectly
In order to make decisions correctly
And throughout it all let me remain focused on you
So that your will is what I may choose to do
