"So then, just as you recevied Christ Jesus as Lord"
"Continue to live in him", as per Paul's word
Be "strengthened in the faith as you were taught"
"And overflowing with thankfulness" for what Jesus brought
"See to it that no one takes you captive"
Based on traditions or how this world may live
"For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form"
To this world's ways we do not need to conform
"And you have been given fullness in Christ" verse ten said
He "is the head over every power and authority" living or dead
This reminds me that we should be drawn to the cross
For if we don't, it would be such a great loss
So dear Jesus, please live in me
And forever thankful I will be
